We Love Jerky! In 2018 a long time dream of a gourmet jerky shop in Hilo, Hawaii became a reality, we opened our doors to Big Island Beef Jerky in January 2019. Big Island Beef Jerky & Snacks is located on the Big Island of Hawaiʻi in the historic town of Hilo.

At Big Island Beef Jerky & Snacks, it’s our mission to bring you the best quality, finest tasting gourmet jerky and snack products in Hawaiʻi. Big Island Beef Jerky & Snacks carries over 100 types of gourmet jerkies including beef jerky, exotic jerky, vegan jerky, pork jerky, fish jerky and more! We also carry local favorites including a large assortment of crack seeds, li hing mui snacks, arare (rice crackers), Asian snacks, gummy bears, ume (plum) candies, Japanese Kit Kat candies, local favorites, and more!

We are also known for our specialty made in Hawaiʻi goodies including some of the best tasting cookies on the planet from ʻOhana Cookies! We’re here for our customers, and want each one of them to have a unique, one-of-a-kind experience at our ultimate jerky and snack shop. Aloha!
