Next, we make our own side dishes fresh everyday; including our popular homemade Coleslaw and Dressing, plus homemade Mac-n-Cheese. Our pulled Pork Fries are an island favorite!
Finally, we have a professional fully certified commissary kitchen on wheels. Our staff, must follow strict guidelines for safety and sanitary protocols. And lastly our chef is Serve Safe Manager Certified.
As a note, we cater Weddings, Private Parties and Corporate Events. Need a caterer for 500, no problem we have you covered.
